NetGuide is an independent third-party service assistance provider. We are not affiliated with any ISP or cable provider. Refunds apply only to our independent service fees—not to any charges from your internet or cable service provider.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
At NetGuide, we are committed to providing quality guidance and assistance. Refund requests can be submitted within 7 to 15 days of service purchase, depending on the type of assistance provided. Eligibility depends on service type and whether assistance has already been delivered.
1. Refund Eligibility & Window
Refund requests may be submitted within 7 to 15 days of service purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- • Eligibility Depends On: Service type (single consultation vs. package), whether assistance has already been provided, and time elapsed since purchase.
- • Single Session Refunds: Available within 7 days if you did not receive the guidance promised or are unsatisfied with the consultation.
- • Package/Monthly Refunds: Available within 7-15 days depending on sessions used. Prorated refunds apply if assistance has been delivered.
- • Annual Plans: Refunds available within 15 days of purchase only. After 15 days, no refunds are available.
2. How to Request a Refund

3. Refund Processing Time

4. Non-Refundable Situations

5. Monthly Plan Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your monthly plan, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, you can cancel anytime, but no refund will be issued for the current month. Any remaining balance will not be carried over to the next billing cycle.
6. Annual Plan Refunds
For annual plans, we offer:
- • Within 30 Days: Full refund of your annual payment
- • After 30 Days: Prorated refund based on the time remaining in your plan (calculated monthly)
- • After 12 Months: Plan expires and no refund is applicable
7. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- • No cancellation fees or penalties
- • Access continues until the end of your billing period
- • You will not be charged for future billing cycles
- • Cancel through your account dashboard or by contacting support
8. Exceptions and Disputes
